Ryenberget 2021 – Spontaneous fermented, made of garden apples from the suburban neighborhood of Ryenberget in eastern Oslo. The apples have been macerated and mixed with crab apples before pressing. Bottling done in pet-nat style and without disgorging. 6,5 % alcohol.

Galgeberg 2021 – Spontaneous fermented, made of mixed variety of apples as well as sweet and sour cherries from Galgeberg in Oslo. The cherries have been macerated for thirty days before pressing. Bottling done in pet-nat style and without disgorging. 6,5 % alcohol.

Gaustad 2021 – Spontaneous fermented, made of old variety apples and quince, the fruit is picked at Gaustad. The quince are macerated for seven days. The apple to quince ratio is about 9 to 1. Bottling done in pet-nat style and without disgorging. 5,7 % alcohol.

Mortensrud 2021 – Spontaneous fermented, made of a mixed variety of plums and apples from Mortensrud. The plums are crushed with kernels and macerated for ten days. No filtration or disgorging, bottled as a pet-nat.  6 % alcohol.

Klosterenga 2021 – Elderflower left in mead from honey for 24 hours. Then mixed with pressed apples when fermantation is finished. No disgorging, bottled as a pet-nat. Served ice-cold. 8 % alcohol.
